Welcome to Rathore AI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you (and, where applicable, the organisation you represent) and Rathore AI, and govern your access to and use of our AI-powered workspace, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Rathore AI to create projects, upload files, manage conversations, and interact with AI-powered assistance, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and with your organisation's policies, and for all activity carried out under your account.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential. You must not share access with unauthorised users or attempt to access another user's workspace, projects, files, or conversations. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Your Content and Licence to Us
You retain all rights in the content you upload, submit, or generate using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Rathore AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service for you. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide Your Content, and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you are permitted to use it.
4. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, drafts, summaries, and other output ("Output"). Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. Output is provided for assistance only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any Output, for deciding whether to rely on it, and for any decision or action taken based on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rathore AI accepts no responsibility for Output or for any reliance placed on it.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, compromise system or network security, disrupt other users' access, transmit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content, or misuse the Service in any way that causes harm. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension, for any suspected breach of this section.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rathore AI platform, software, models, interfaces, documentation, and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Rathore AI and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Service, or attempt to extract its underlying source code, models, or weights.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, or that it will be available at any particular time. The Service may be suspended, withdrawn, or restricted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Output are provided without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement. Rathore AI does not warrant that the Service or any Output will meet your requirements, be reliable, or produce any particular result.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rathore AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rathore AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rathore AI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including "Your Content and Licence to Us", "Intellectual Property", "Disclaimer of Warranties", "Limitation of Liability", and "Indemnification" — will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Rathore AI may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
