This Privacy Policy explains how Rathore AI handles personal data when you use our AI-powered workspace. We are committed to being transparent about what we process and why.
1. Information We Process
We may process account information, authentication details, project information, uploaded files, conversation content, usage data, and technical logs necessary to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, process files, generate AI-assisted responses, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support users. We do not use your content to train AI models without your knowledge.
3. Uploaded Files and Conversations
Files and conversations are used to provide the features you request, including project-based AI assistance. You should only upload content that you are authorised to use. Files are stored securely and are not shared with other organisations or users.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and support the secure operation of the service. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. For more detail, see the cookie notice shown when you first visit Rathore AI.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate Rathore AI, including cloud hosting and AI API providers. These providers are bound by appropriate data processing obligations.
6. Connected Accounts and YouTube API Services
Where you choose to connect a third-party account so Rathore AI can publish on your behalf, we store only the access tokens needed to do so, and only for the account you connect. We never ask for the password of a connected account.
YouTube. Rathore AI uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel we request a single permission — permission to upload videos to that channel (the youtube.upload scope) — and we use it for one purpose: to publish the videos you explicitly schedule or send from Rathore AI. We do not read your channel’s existing videos, analytics, comments, subscribers or watch history, and we hold no permission that would allow us to. Video files are retained only for as long as the upload requires.
By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke our access at any time, independently of Rathore AI, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also disconnect the channel inside Rathore AI, which deletes the stored token. Revoking access stops any scheduled uploads.
Rathore AI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the feature you asked for, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, including authentication, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and ongoing monitoring. No system is fully immune to security risks, and we take reasonable steps to minimise them.
8. Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements, or comply with applicable obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your Rathore AI administrator.
9. Your Choices
Depending on your organisation and applicable laws, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data associated with your account. Contact your Rathore AI administrator to make a request.
10. International Transfers
Personal data may be processed or stored in countries other than the one in which it was collected, including by the infrastructure and AI providers that support the service. Where data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law to protect it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you or your organisation. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy describes our current practices and is provided for transparency. It does not constitute a Data Processing Agreement. If your organisation requires a formal DPA, please contact your Rathore AI administrator.
